Refund Policy
As required by law, you have 14 days to return the product (s) purchased on our site. After this time, from the time of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Procedure
To return a product for a refund or exchange, please email via our item contact form: Return or Refund. In the subject line, indicate the invoice number and the affected product (s).

Shipping costs are at your expense. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that the item has been received. We will then notify you if your request has been accepted and issue a refund within 2-7 business days.

An order is limited to a maximum of 40kg. If you want larger quantities, place more orders.
